OVERVIEW
Merrick & Company is seeking a Registered Senior Architect to lead projects
in our Greenwood Village, Colorado Headquarters. Client projects for this
position require U.S. Citizenship. We are seeking candidates who are eager for
both personal and professional growth, possess a strong understanding of
design and construction document processes, and can adapt to both short-term
and long-term projects in a creative yet technically demanding environment.
This role requires a skilled professional architect responsible for all phases
of architectural production and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for
various Federal projects, from programming to construction administration.
Typical annual pay range for this position is $125,400.00 -
$155,000.00. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge,
skills, and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide Architectural design for Department of Defense (DoD) and
Department of Energy (DOE) governmental Facilities.
Work in a design team environment, including directing and mentoring the
work of junior architects and designers, and delegating work as required as
well as provide management of the local team.
Interpret, organize, coordinate, and execute the design and production
efforts for one or more large or complex projects.
