We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in Hartville, Ohio, for a Sr. Administrative Assistant. This role will be essential to our team, focusing on supporting our operations within the industry, with a particular emphasis on communication, coordination, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of calendars and scheduling to ensure effective time management
• Facilitate communication within the team and with external partners, maintaining professionalism and clarity
• Arrange conference calls and meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared
• Draft and manage correspondence, ensuring all communications are accurate and professionally presented
• Coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled and attendees have all necessary information
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Handle email correspondence, ensuring all communications are timely and professionally managed.
• Proven experience in Calendar Management, ensuring seamless scheduling and tracking of appointments
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in managing Conference Calls, including scheduling, hosting, and follow-up
• Ability to Compose Correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in coordinating Meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and report generation
• Experience in managing Email Correspondence, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented responses.
