This full-time opportunity will allow you to use your bilingual skills in a customer-facing role, assisting with administrative support and ensuring a smooth office operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, and greeting visitors.
- Manage multiple phone lines and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and handling mail.
- Coordinate meetings and manage the scheduling of appointments.
- Provide translation support for Spanish-speaking clients and visitors.
- Ensure the reception area is always welcoming and organized.
