Landscape Mow Foreman

With our continuously growing client list, we are currently sourcing an experienced, dedicated and professional leader(s) to join our Landscape Maintenance team as one of our Mow Foreman. The Mow Foreman role plays a major role especially in the height of the season helping support the Lawn Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Production Manager monitor mowing projects timeliness and efficiency while directly providing support. This individual also is responsible for Maintenance Crew Members training and development on and off the job site. Responsibilities
Primarily perform the mowing, trimming and maintenance of client?s lawns properties
Support the Maintenance team in additional general landscape maintenance and enhancement jobs as needed, including but not limited to: trimming, pruning, edging, mulching, weeding, pest control, digging trenches, removals, pruning and planting of small trees and shrubs, storm cleanups
Operate equipment safely, using all necessary personal protection gear and safety practices.
Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance of trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail
Maintain courteousness and professionalism on and off the job site
Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required.
Drive a truck with a trailer safely
Support in snow removal operations seasonally

Qualifications
Candidate possesses at least 1-year minimum working in landscape maintenance or landscape enhancement
Preferred experience in supervising/leading a team (Willing to mentor the right individual that already possesses experience in the industry)
Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of various landscape equipment and materials (i.e. bark blowers, walker mowers, backpack blowers, wheel barrows etc.)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Candidate will exercise strong leadership and decision-making skills
Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Valid Driver's license (REQUIRED)

Compensation
The salary range for this position ranges from $23.00- $27.00 per hour. Overtime is regularly available. Pay is reflective of experience.
