Assist project manager in providing overall management and direction of one (1) or more projects by planning, directing, and coordinating construction and financial activities ensuring safe completion on time and under budget. Support the Project Manager in managing overall project profit and loss
TYPICAL DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
Safety & Risk Management
Project Management
o Drawing logs
o RFIs
o Specifications
o Review submittals and shop drawings for conformance to contract documents.
o Submittal Log
o Project Challenges, quality control, etc. tracking.
o Prepare progress meeting agendas; keep, distribute, and save accurate meeting minutes.
o Review subcontractor proposals for accuracy and scope of work conformance.
o Review correspondences and requests from A/E/O/SC.
o Understand, manage, and coordinate any warranty items after completion.
o Maintain subcontractor and owner change orders.
o Develop, maintain, and track the punch list process.
o Support project manager in cost control by assisting with change order management, invoice approval, and tracking cost against the project budget.
o Assist Project Manager in completing subcontracts and purchase orders for the buyout process.
o Assist subcontractors with scheduling and communication.
o Actively assist project team with project quality control.
o Assists with completion and project closeout.
o Assist project team in getting timely and accurate material deliveries.
