DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
About the Position:
The Service Manager position in our Fairbanks, Alaska branch is responsible for profitable and efficient operations for the Fairbanks Service Department annual sales and expenses.
* You will review workload and identify and address potential problems, work with customers on quotes to resolve billing conflicts, be responsible for customer and employee satisfaction and profitability.
* It will be your responsibility to ensure repairs and preps are complete, on time and on budget.
* You will need to have the ability to sell and market service machine rebuilds and flat rate sales.
* Must be people oriented and service driven.
* Must be safety conscious and follow the company safety policies.
