Occupational Experience Requirement:
Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience of
direct patient care, one year must be in long term care.
Recency Requirement:
One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately
preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency
requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful fulltime
(or equivalent) post secondary teaching experience in the credential field
within the last five years.

South Central College, a proud member of the Minnesota State System of Colleges and Universities, is currently seeking an Unlimited Full-Time Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide Instructor based on the Faribault campus. We are seeking an instructor dedicated to excellence in teaching who desires being part of a creative, vibrant, student-centered learning community.
The successful candidate will teach instructional lecture, lab, and simulated clinical courses in Nursing Assistant. They will provide continuous curriculum development, including design, revisions, and implementation of instructional materials and assessment of learner outcomes.
