Avivo's Ending Homelessness division is dedicated to providing pathways to housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. We are seeking a Housing Systems Coordinator to join our team and help us in our mission.

Avivo's Ending Homelessness division provides pathways to housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. We operate Avivo Village, a low barrier and culturally responsive shelter, and offer transitional recovery housing. Our division is committed to harm reduction and housing first through trauma-informed service delivery.

What You Will Do:

Review, submit, and coordinate all aspects of DHS Housing Support paperwork.
Manage HMIS data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist clients in applying for MA and other benefits to remove barriers to housing.
Provide documentation and support for clients accessing services.
Coordinate with Avivo Village/Street Outreach staff on housing referrals and updates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HMIS and provide training and support to division staff.
Oversee billing for Hennepin County Housing Support and manage monthly financial budgets for program residents.
Qualifications



What you will bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current training as a Coordinated Entry Assessor and as a MNsure Certified Application Counselor (or the ability to complete the trainings)
2 years of experience working with individuals experienceing homelessness.
Experience with and/or a commitment to working in a diverse, fast-paced environment, and delievering culturally responsive services.
