possible. About The OpportunityTo provide direction in the area of
quality management systems designed to improve product quality,
reliability and processes leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.
Increase efficiencies in the manufacturing process utilizing the quality
systems. Position may require hours to flex between 1st, 2nd and 3rd
shift based on need. Must be in compliance with plant, department, and
OSHA regulations and procedures. Essential Functions Lead complaint
investigation and resolution of quality issues with customers Facilitate
process of both internal and external customer audits. Lead and maintain
the documentation process quality systems that comply with AIB and GMP
standards, and other specific customer requirements. Be able to read and
understand line set up sheets, bills of material, production
specifications, quality sheets, directions, etc. Communicate quality
requirements by training and motivating production employees (permanent
and temporary) Provide guidance and direction for developing and
improving systems, which result in, increased product quality and
efficiency Lead and continuously improve a documented quality system,
which assures conformance to customer product specification Facilitate
the communication of customer product quality characteristics to all
Menasha employees and temporary employees Provide training, assistance
and feedback to all Menasha employees and temporary employees in the
areas of quality systems, AIB Certification, GMP Standards and other
customer required certifications Facilitate employee/customer
interaction process to share information in order to improve conformance
to customer specifications Assure prompt and accurate resolution
feedback to appropriate personnel to facilitate continuous improvement
and problem solving techniques Performance Measures and Outcomes
Adherence to safety policies and procedures Quality of work Production
goals HACCP and auditor certified Work Experience 3 years in a quality
