About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity methodologies. You will play a critical role in protecting our organization's data, systems, and networks by implementing and maintaining advanced security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures to protect the organization's data, systems, and networks.
• Identify and respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.
• Perform troubleshooting of security and network-related issues.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate security controls are in place.
• Participate in change management processes and security improvement initiatives.
• Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities using various security tools and methodologies.
• Generate reports and provide insights on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and system performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in incident detection, incident response, and digital forensics.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies including Firewalls, VPNs, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), IDS/IPS, Web Proxies, and endpoint security solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node.js, Go, and/or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of Office 365 Security and VSX environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Solid knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and hacking techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or equivalent).
• Experience with cloud security solutions and services.
• Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring tools.
