the opportunity below. With expertise in the Multi-Channel Marketing
Platform (MCCM platform), work with a variety of functional teams to
design, scope and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support
business goals. Focus on leveraging Acoustic marketing tools to use data
to create consistent campaigns across email, web, SMS, social, and more
to improve customer engagement, optimize campaigns, manage assets, and
increase customer loyalty. To fully leverage all capabilities of the
MCCM system and meet Marketing business goals, this position will play
the role of system administrator, business analyst, technical
implementation lead, and multi-channel marketing strategist. Must be
highly organized and detail-oriented, with an understanding of all
system capabilities to assist in creating roadmaps for future releases,
solving for current limitations, and contributing to overall digital
marketing strategy. Develop strong relationships and communicating
across a wide range of constituents, including business/functional unit
leaders, Operations/IT, Legal/Compliance and other Marketing support
functions. This person will also: Support technology integrations,
process workflows, and email trigger/journey creation to launch new
programs, ensure data quality, and enable personalization at scale.
Strong understanding of data integrations and technical capabilities to
recommend improvements to marketing processes and launch of new
initiatives. Develop and monitor project plans for the implementation of
enhancements that includes functional requirements, resources needed,
user acceptance testing, and overseeing the execution of the plan to
ensure timely delivery. Act as system administrator to manage any system
upgrades, issues/outages, permissions, etc., and provide training and
support for these tools. Design and implement processes within platform
to maintain quality standards and drive ongoing optimization and testing
