Your role as a Materials Lead - Warehouse Management System will allow you to serve staff and leaders and help provide creative solutions to drive CPC's short- and long-term goals. You'll join a creative and passionate team of individuals. This role offers plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and expand your knowledge!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oracle user with knowledge of warehouse and inventory management modules.
Maintains accurate records and follows established procedures.
Maintains competency in all Logistics functions.
Maintain acceptable working relationships, attendance, and punctuality.
Effectively communicate with Supervisors and across (other department) functions.
Act as a liaison to help solve issues.
Adheres to all safety regulations.
Demonstrates support of Dover core values.
Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Warehouse Technology Transformation implementation support
Proposed / designed solutions testing.
WMS supporting peripherals deployment.
Training out of enhancements to appropriate warehouse personnel.
Supporting work instruction & documentation to align with transformed processes.
Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
3+ years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.
1+ year of Warehouse Experience.
Supervisor/Lead experience.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to communicate, problem-solve and work effectively within the outside of the department.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of Oracle experience preferred.
Powered Industrial Vehicle Experience preferred.
