Actalent is looking for a full-time and long-term Superintendent to support our client, one of the nation’s foremost commercial and federal construction management firms.. They're working on an on-site and in office schedule 5 days a week.

Job Responsibilities
The position is in Cumberland Maryland doing a federal prison renovation with the value of 2.2 million - the end client is Department of Justice. The leadership team on the project includes the superintendent, PM, and QCM!.
- The project scope is doing the security fencing, overseeing plumbing and the electrical work as well.
- Must be able to manage subs.
