| Required Skills: | The Line Operator is a key member of the Operations team. Line Operators work at various stations of the production line to ensure there is continuous 24/7 production to assemble Photovoltaic Modules in a clean, fast-paced modern manufacturing facility.
The main responsibilities include:
Work within a team of Operators
Maintain a clean safe work environment, including keeping the work area in clean and orderly condition
Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines
Solder repair to be performed on solar cells
Perform quality and testing procedures based on a set criteria at every stage of the production line
Report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor
Follow all health and safety policies |

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions
Troubleshooting skills
Maintain production and quality standards
Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment which requires standing for long periods of time
Computer experience is considered an asset
Soldering Experience
Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
Self-motivated
Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening required
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
No experience necessary, on-the-job training provided
