Position at Lifespark
Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team!
Legacy of St. Michael is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 apartment-style units between Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. This community and its residents are amazing. Our residents enjoy activities, hanging out in common areas, and are highly competitive! Join our team to help our residents Age Magnificently!

Located at: St. Michael, MN
Shifts Available: Part-time Monday- Friday 4p-8p
Wage: $17.50-$22.50

Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our receptionist becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication.

Duties include:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors, and staff.
Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable, and personnel files.
Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.
