Job Description: |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and/or review owner billings, which includes collecting of invoices and other required documents and confirming all costs are covered. Maintain accurate job cost budget information Work with the project team to collect required subcontract documents, maintain the information, and to ensure payment is not made until all required documents have been received. Analyze the financial performance of a particular project and communicate any areas of concern to the appropriate parties. Provide information to the project team concerning the financial aspects of the projects including status of payments from owner, status of payments to vendors, performance of the project in relation to the budget. Additional duties as assigned by the Senior Project Accountant, Controller, or CFO.
