Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in automated Parking Systems and Services, is looking for a Field Technician local to South Bay Area. This role will require traveling from San Leandro to Gilroy, you will be given a company vehicle and tools to travel to customer sites to fix mechanical, hardware, and software problems with their automated parking systems. You'll be serving mechanical issues with access gates, cabling or network issues with POS Systems and onsite camera's. Having great customer service skills is imperative to this role as you will have work orders signed-off on by their clients. You will be working on their legacy systems and their new automated parking system. This individual will be working with the Sacramento branch, they have clients in the South Bay that they haven't been able to adequately service because of the location of their Sacramento Field Technician. Our client is looking for someone who is self-motivated, accountable, and strong in customer service to sustain strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years' experience in cabling/telecommunication troubleshooting or installs

1-3 years' experience in software and Hardware Installation and configuration

1-3 years' experience supporting systems in a networked environment

Experience configuring SQL Servers, operating & computer systems

Valid Driver's License
