Job Description

The Production Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of coils and the assembly of finished products as well as assigned soldering processes as required.

Responsibilities

Soldering components, configuring cabling, and configuring wires -- training provided
Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentation
Ensure the quality of work and meet all Quality System requirements for assigned tasks
Assist with the movement of materials through workstations and properly label all bins and trays
Ensure the product meets current quality requirements
Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders and follow process specifications and production rules

Essential Skills

Experience in production
Comfortable using small hand tools for small part assembly/winding
Ability to cross-train across the floor

Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with Fridays used for overtime. Open concept manufacturing floor with separate workstations for each employee. Product flows from station to station.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
