Civil Engineering Intern - Land Devlopment - Minneapolis

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to join our Land Development team in our Minneapolis, MN office in the Summer of 2024. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepares preliminary analysis on a variety of technical tasks
* Project research, field work, and construction observation
* Take personal responsibility for quality of tasks performed
* Uses CAD to prepare and check working drawings, details, layouts and estimates
* Assist in the preparation of exhibits, plot plans, lot fits or other similar tasks by discipline
* Demonstrates willingness to accept new challenges and learn specialized field
* Basic knowledge of software required for position
* Good organizational skills
* Able to follow general directions and work with limited independence on basic computations
