The Director, Ecommerce will lead the evolution of ISC2.org. We are looking for an innovative and results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic and fluid environment, who can drive both customer-centric business results and new ways of working.
Key elements of this role include owning and driving the site experience, including strategy and planning, content planning needs, site product display, A/B testing, commerce features and functionality innovation, along with cross-functional partnership with key internal stakeholders. This leader will own accountability for sales results on ISC2.org and will require a strong ability to drive and fuel innovation concurrently.
This role will have P&L responsibility and will be responsible for driving strategy planning and execution to deliver daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual targets. The successful candidate will be able to define and adjust plans to deliver on financial targets, drive cross-functional execution and provide direction on adjustments to manage to overall revenue goals,
The role will also require working with internal data and product development teams to create a streamlined consumer journey, working with marketing to track competitor activities, traffic, and conversion on a daily basis, and prepare monthly presentations for senior leadership with data-driven learnings and action plans.
Proven experience of at least 10 years within e-commerce leadership roles.
• Up to 15% travel required
• Work extended hours when necessary
• Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods
• Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens
