    Responsibilities:

    • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail as required.
    • Maintain and update attorney calendars using Firm software concerning court dates, meetings, conference calls, in-house meetings, and travel.
    • Assist with the arrangement of travel and timely completion of expense reports.

    • Create and maintain all client and general files.
    • Develop familiarity with standard formatting and document production procedures.
    • Show initiative in seeking additional tasks to maintain a steady workload and assist in any other area of the Firm as assigned
    • Excellent typing skills, spelling, grammar and punctuation skills.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
