UW Medicine Supply Change Management has an outstanding opportunity for a an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 3 This is a TEMPORARY position.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Temporary position
  • Mondays - Fridays
  • In person to start, hybrid 1-2 days in office after training

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
  • Works independently in-office or remotely to assist in migrating files and data of previously executed contracts from Allscripts Contract Manager to Workday Strategic Sourcing.

    DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    UW Medicine Supply Chain’s objective is to ensure our patient care experience is enhanced by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized supply chain management expertise. This includes a primary focus on customer service, as well as maintaining appropriate levels of general, medical, and surgical supplies throughout each facility.

    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review contract documentation and create records in Contract Management system and verify the record is set up correctly with all the required fields.
  • Use several different systems to review contracts, copying and pasting records to Workday full executed contract documentation
  • Work with Contract Specialists if they are having trouble locating documents.

    REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    High School/GED AND four years of office or administrative support experience OR equivalent education/experience.
