The Microbiology Student Worker:
Assists and may perform the following basic duties in the microbiology lab:
Pull discard tubes
Daily temperatures/CO2 readings
Performs weekly eye wash/shower maintenance
Performs weekly hood QC
File paperwork
Clean lab spaces
Organize and restock lab supplies
MicroCheck tube discard
Complete Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) review in a timely fashion. Either prior to implementation or before you begin to work after the implementation date of any SOP or policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
