What\'s involved in this role: The Retail Store Associate is responsible
for providing exceptional customer service while adhering to all food
safety requirements. Minimum starting rate: \$15.93/hour Work roughly
24-36 hours/week Schedules available monthly Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Greet customers entering the establishment,
contributing to a positive guest experience by exceeding their
expectations and preparing orders to their specifications. Maintain an
orderly and clean check out area. Run the cash register; receiving
payment by cash, check, or credit card and issuing receipts, refunds, or
change as needed. Perform reconciliation of cash drawer, ensuring
amounts are correct and that adequate change is available. Maintain
adequate stocking of shelves, cleanliness, and organization of work area
throughout the day. Price products. Prepare and distribute sampling
products to customers. Accurately and efficiently prepare orders to
customer specifications. Cook and prepare food items per our standards
of quality, consistency, and timelines. Work in the deli making cheese
trays, pizzas, and bagging product. Ensure compliance with all health
code requirements and organization standards. Operate equipment safely
as determined by organization safety standards. Take shipping orders.
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Learn how to prepare Fudge/Cheese
Fudge. Maintain food storage, receiving, stocking & rotating per food
safety and company standards. Understand and adhere to Good
Manufacturing Practices. Safety Protocol Stop any observed unsafe acts
and obey facility safety rules and procedures. Correct or report any
observed safety hazards. Support safety policies and programs. This list

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience
Required: Minimum two (2) years of experience in customer service,
