Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $22.00 to $24.40+, actual pay

Provide corrective and preventative maintenance on all CMR exterior and
interior structures and systems. Includes plumbing repair, alteration,
remodel, and install with abs, pex, and copper sweating; commercial
HVAC troubleshooting and repair; motors, controls, and pneumatics
maintenance; electrical repairs up to 220v; door and window
repair/install; maintenance of building trim, decks, siding, FRP,
drop ceilings, and countertops; wall framing; locksmithing; advanced
commercial appliance repair/maintenance; drywall, painting, surface
