Summer Farm Educator

Red Gate Farm is seeking hard-working, kind, and enthusiastic individuals to help lead day and overnight summer programs.

Summer Educators live and work on the farm, mentoring children ages 5 - 17. Educators build meaningful relationships with youth, learn to take care of a variety of farm animals and vegetable gardens, and gain valuable leadership skills in the process.

Red Gate Farm's summer programs are purposefully small, with a maximum of 35 students per program, and typically a 1:6 educator to student ratio.
