Description:  Landscaping By J Michael is a landscape, irrigation and Lawn Care company providing services to both residential and commercial clients throughout Massachusetts.  We have over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the industry.
We are looking for career minded technicians to join our company.  Must have strong horticultural practices knowledge and have been actively involved in the industry.

Responsibilities:
The care of trees, ornamental plants and/or lawns on client landscapes.
Monitor, diagnose and treat insect, disease, physiological and cultural conditions.
Select the most appropriate product or treatment to be utilized for each problem.
Complete diagnostic reports, interact with clients in a professional manner, and provide comprehensive, thorough information to create an ideal environment for optimum health of landscapes.
Maintain excellent customer relations.
Candidates for these roles must have specific experience running spray and application equipment, including rider spreader.  This is an applicator position that requires field time diagnosing problems and treating properties.  Will require lifting of hose/equipment and picking up #50 bags of product on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
2 year degree in horticulture preferred or a minimum of 3 years of field experience.
Recent experience in the industry.
Valid drivers license with a good record.
Experience in both residential and commercial accounts.
Excellent communications skills .
Pesticide License, category 36 or 37.

Job Type:  Full Time Seasonal
Wages:  $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Hours/Schedule:  Monday through Friday:  7:00am ? 4:30pm;  Saturday?s may be  
                             required during the busy seasons.
