Job Description

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, greeting them warmly and assisting with inquiries about products.

Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring that all sales are processed correctly.

Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of the store?s products, including different types of liquor, variety items, and special promotions, to inform and assist customers.

Inventory Management: Assist in restocking shelves, keeping track of inventory levels, and reporting low stock items.

Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the checkout area and store are clean, organized, and inviting for customers.

Compliance: Follow all state and local laws regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, including checking IDs for age verification.

Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations and support a positive work environment.
