We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As an Administrative Assistant, your primary role will be to facilitate office operations by handling inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, managing data entry tasks, and conducting email correspondence.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with both internal and external parties
• Manage data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all customer data is accurately recorded and updated
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Conduct email correspondence, responding to inquiries and communicating information as required
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various administrative tasks
• Schedule appointments, organizing and managing the office calendar efficiently.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently
• Strong customer service skills to handle queries and resolve issues effectively
• Demonstrated ability in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Skilled in email correspondence, capable of drafting and responding to emails professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience in a similar administrative role would be advantageous
