| Job Description: |
Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements. Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems. Solve moderately complex problems and conducts moderately complex analysis. Translate concepts into practice. Provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues. Coach, provide feedback, and guide others. Act as a resource for others with less experience. Use Automation frameworks. Utilize programming languages to create automation scripts and programs. Integrate testing into the CI/CD pipelines to ensure that automated tests are executed automatically with each code change. Collect and analyze test metrics and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting testing progress, defects, and quality issues. Identify and assess risks related to software quality and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. Collaborate with end-users during UAT to ensure that software meets requirements and expectation. Ensure we deliver high quality products and services across all technology functions. Conduct, strategy, planning, standards, process, policy, tools, engineering, assurance, management, metrics, research and development, automation, data preparation, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.
