JOB REQUIREMENTS: Oconto Hourly Napkins Solid Color - Napkin
Technician - 226 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Purpose of the
Role: Assist in day to day operations, setups, adjustments and light
maintenance of the high speed machines in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Functions: \* Must follow all company safety policies,
programs, PPE, GMP\'s and Lock-out-tag out procedures \* Ability to
troubleshoot day to day operational problems on the high speeds \*
Ability to read and understand shop orders in crossroads \* Ability to
troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist maintenance when needed on all
high speed assets \* Perform basic repairs; assist the operators in any
way possible \* Ability to perform general building and grounds
maintenance tasks if needed \* Follow and maintain preventative
maintenance programs and supporting documentation \* Daily housekeeping
duties to maintain safe and clean work areas \* Lead the weekly/daily
cleanups, while continuously training operators on how to maintain
machines properly \* Identifies training needs and participates in
coaching to further develop all members of the team \* Responsible to
report food safety/quality concerns to personnel with authority to
initiate action \* Perform other duties as assigned \* Perform operator

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Position Qualifications: \* Ability to
run, adjust, and maintain all high speed assets (including print) \*
Must be mechanically inclined \* Ability to exercise technical
independence in determining work methods and procedures with good
organizational skills Qualifications: \* High school diploma or GED
equivalent \* Ability to do basic math skills \* Possesses basic
communication skills \* Ability to read & comprehend instructions,
memos, specifications, safety rules, operating maintenance instructions,
and procedure manuals \* Possesses basic computer skills \*\*\*\*\*
