Job Description:
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Technician to join our Primary Care team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
Service excellence is to be centered on patient care and patient relationships and is the responsibility of all employees. Teamwork is the norm and all employees will be held accountable to work as effective team members. Provide/support patient's care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards, ICSI guidelines, and PNHS policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity. Maintain a safe work area and ensure that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications:
Must meet one of the following:
* Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience OR
* Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program and current Nursing Assistant Certification
Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions

Preferred Qualifications:
One or more years of healthcare experience is desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).
