We have an exciting opportunity for a shipping & receiving / saw operator position, in a machine shop setting, that could be your next career move. Join our dynamic team where you'll play a crucial role in various aspects of shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory. Read on to discover the details and benefits of this position.
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $20 - $23 per hour
Hours: 7 am – 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the shipping & receiving / saw operator:
Shipping and receiving tasks
Stocking and stacking inventory
Conducting regular inventory checks
Cross-training in various tasks
Pulling, packing, and loading materials
Performing light maintenance inside and outside the shop
Packaging of machined parts
Operation of saws and changing blades
Changing coolant as needed
Empty shop chip bins into appropriate containers
Requirements of the shipping & receiving / saw operator:
Ability to lift 60+ pounds
Minimum of 5 years of Shipping / Receiving experience
Comfortable working in a machine shop setting
Forklift license and operation proficiency
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of operating a saw is a plus
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Able to pass a Background Check
Worked with ISO9001-2015
Familiarity with AS9100 is a plus
