serve as consultant to BU Management in BU-wide TR strategies Key
management of holistic TR suite within owned area Oversight of
Incentives within assigned area including ownership for a subset of
incentive deliverables Proactively collect business requirements and
identify business challenges Influence to sell innovative TR solutions
Manage projects and assigned resources within owned area How you will do
it: Compensation Management and Consultancy: Act as advisor to senior
Human Resources leaders and participate as a member of the Human
Resources team in meetings with the business to align all compensation
activities to identify, define, refine, present, and implement
compensation activities Monitor the effectiveness of specified
compensation programs and pro-actively work to develop recommended
improvements Support benefits activities, focusing on the
implementation, maintenance, and monitoring People Management and
Development: Manage compensation resources to complete needed tasks
