Sr. Director Software Business Model

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing solutions for selling commercial software including SaaS subscription-based products

• 5+  years experience working with CPQ, pricing, contract management, subscription management, order management and related systems required for software commercialization

• 5+  years experience working directly or integrating with SAP-based ERP systems preferably S4

• Highly Knowledgeable on AI and emerging GenAI technologies to build solutions integrated in the flow of business processes and embedded in software products

• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor software engineers and effectively manage software vendors to deliver complex IT solutions on time and within budget

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

WE VALUE

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

·       Experience in commercializing software products

·       Experience with SAP/S4

·       Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in software

·       A demonstrated history of driving digital transformation initiatives.

·       Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
