We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager  to join our Business Insurance Service Team!

*****Current INSURANCE LICENSE for PA is REQUIRED for the position*****

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

-Work closely with the team we have assembled to meet the client’s needs first and foremost.
-Receive and process change requests from customers
-Remarket accounts as needed.
-Handle client renewals including account review if requested by client.
-Work in concert with producers to provide an excellent customer experience
-Provide exceptional client service to existing clients and prospects
-Enter information in agency management system to service client needs

The Commercial Lines Account Manager must meet the following requirements:

-Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
-Experience with or willingness to gain proficiency and mastery of AMS360
-Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
-Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
-2+ years experience working in the insurance industry
-Adopt the agency’s sales and service culture to address customer’s “Total Cost of Risk”
-Commit to individual growth and development in the agency
