Job Summary | The College of Nursing at Radford University seeks an innovative leader who will capitalize on its strengths to build a nationally-recognized Nurse education program. The newly-designated College of Nursing has been recently fully re-accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. The College of Nursing is poised to become a national leader in Nursing education, service, and research. Radford University seeks an innovative and experienced Dean who will lead the College in:
Major Responsibilities of Position Lead the faculty and staff of the College of Nursing in developing and delivering educational opportunities of the highest quality possible for students, consistent with the mission of the College.
Promote the overall excellence and welfare of Radford University.
Lead the School in procuring and managing fiscal, human, and physical resources.
Represent the College, its goals and needs to other external, as well as internal, constituencies.
