TITLE: Production Supervisor - Night Shift POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt 12-hour shift, working 6 PM - 6 AM on a 2-2-3

You embrace technology and have familiarity and experience with
Microsoft products. You are a fast learner and self-teacher of industry
specific software. You have three to five years of job-related
experience or an Associate degree in dairy manufacturing or related
field of study. What you will own As a Production Supervisor at our
Reedsburg, Wisconsin facility you will guide and coach employees,
monitoring their productivity while overseeing the safe use of equipment
and verifying production output according to specifications. You will be
a key leader who drives employee engagement to nurture a positive
culture. You will ensure an optimal balance of quality, service and
efficiency in the cheese making process to provide operational
excellence. You will support all aspects of production activities. You
will supervise hourly team members in all aspects of daily production
activities and ensure that all quality standards and procedures are
maintained. You will understand and adhere to the work rules for the
hourly team members set forth by the collective bargaining agreement.
