Job Description

The Bank Support Department within Corporate Treasury is responsible for publishing the Company’s daily funding curve utilized by business lines to make pricing decisions and the driver behind the funds transfer pricing framework. The team also provides direct pricing support to business line personnel to assist with questions about pricing and structuring options and works closely with technology and operations teams that support wholesale lending activities. The team is seeking an experienced professional to help administer the day-to-day execution of these responsibilities, reporting to department manager. Responsibilities will include functional ownership of the rate application and tools including change management, maintaining policies and procedures, compliance and risk management, audit support, providing training and guidance to team analysts and supporting the needs of internal stakeholders.

A successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

• Understanding of interest rate and fixed income markets and the economic drivers

• Strong technical and analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel including writing VBA

• Highly organized self-starter with ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• Three or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Prior experience in a financial services company

• Experience with applications such as SQL, SAS, Power BI or related business applications

• MBA or CFA designation or progress toward

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $90,100.00 - $106,000.00 - $116,600.00
