JAT Pharmacy is seeking a Home Delivery eCommerce Profit Strategist for our Lakeville, Minnesota location.


Job Summary:
The Home Delivery eCommerce Profit Strategist works closely with the Midwest Pricing Analyst, purchasers, and management to ensure pricing approvals that not only meet the needs of our customers but also maximize the profitability for the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing pricing data from various sources; specializing in online retail pricing (eCommerce/home delivery), formulating Business to Business pricing strategies based on Business to Consumer retail market forces, and creating product and pricing plans that align with company targets and profit objectives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a remote position.
Essential Job Functions:
Works closely with the MVSO (MyVetStoreOnline) team to provide pricing approvals and support in real-time. Address pricing inquiries, make data-driven recommendations, and facilitate pricing decisions that enhance profitability for both Midwest and for our clinic customers.
Research, collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize pricing strategies.
Lead the development of pricing strategies that align with company objectives, market conditions, and competitive dynamics. Ensure pricing plans support revenue and profit targets.
Create and maintain product and pricing plans that are designed to maximize revenue and profitability. Continuously monitor and adjust pricing plans as market conditions change.
Follow and enforce pricing workflows and business processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in pricing across all systems and platforms.
Generate and maintain reports related to pricing activities. Execute pricing changes accurately and efficiently, ensuring that they are reflected across all relevant systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align pricing strategies with broader company goals.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) Software, such as Sisence and InetSot Style Intelligence
In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
A minimum of five years' experience as a pricing analyst in a similar industry
Extensive experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share
Previous experience with eCommerce/online market pricing preferred
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field required
A master's degree in business administration preferred
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Excel: creating formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, charts, etc.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Must respect and maintain confidentiality of data
Comprehensive analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and problem solve

Regularly uses typical office equipment to include computer, keyboard and terminal, scanner, and copier.
Work Environment:
This position is remote. Work will typically be performed Monday through Friday. Working more than 40 hours per workweek may be required. (This is a remote position)
