Position Requirements:
Able to read and work from blueprints/spec book.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Able to follow written and verbal directions and do so with a positive attitude.
Ability to identify quality issues and recognize changes within one’s production process and make the needed adjustments.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately and precisely and have a basic understanding on how to use basic hand tools
You recognize the importance and adherence to all safety policies in order to promote a safe working environment, for everyone at the organization.
Understand the need to support the organization to work effectively by adhering to the attendance and punctuality standards and does not burden co-workers and supervisors unfairly with unnecessary and unplanned absences and lateness.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Cab Line Assembler will install a variety of new components into the newly made fire truck cab including floors, door components, lights, wire harnesses, and windows. The Cab Line Assembler will mount a variety of equipment both inside and outside of the cab.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
All employees are required to support Rosenbauer’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The following are the essential duties of this position and do not include marginal functions that are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties. The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.
Install interior trim, vents, and door components on the cab.
Runs wire harnesses according to schematics.
Crimps and connects wires and electrical components together.
Install kick steps and light system along with other components on the floor of the cab.
Wires the air pumps, dash components, and fuse box to complete the electrical components within the cab.
Install seats, light bars, mirrors, and other equipment to the cab.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.
