Responsibilities

Install, maintain, support and upgrade all Windows based applications, services and users including but not limited to Hyperspace, Hyperspace Web, Epic Print Services, Interconnect, BCA and MyChart.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

 

1.    Associate degree

2.    3-years’ experience in a large to medium size business environment installing and maintaining Windows desktops

3.    Intimately familiar with the Windows desktop OS

4.    Should be familiar with Windows server and how its shares such as files shares and shared printers are setup including security and end user privileges.

5.    Keep all Epic certifications current

 

Preferred qualifications:

 

1.    Epic ECSM Certification

2.    Windows desktop OS certification

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $93,600.00 to $135,553.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
