Salary Range:
$65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and overseeing various human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage HR policies and procedures.
Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews.
Maintain HR information system records and compile reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee performance management programs.
Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate and conduct training programs on topics such as sexual harassment prevention and diversity awareness.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Self-starter with the ability to work in ambiguous situations and think on their feet.
