Job Description:
Our employee-owned and multi-disciplined team of design and engineering professionals is looking for a planning professional who wants to leverage and expand their planning and community engagement skills.

As a member of our growing transportation planning team, you will collaborate with a group of talented and innovative architecture, engineering, and planning professionals in an energizing work environment to further advance our planning and community engagement services. You will become engaged in all aspects of the planning and design process, starting with community and stakeholder engagement to planning documentation.
In this position, you will be assisting with the development of schematic designs, corridor studies, and transportation plans. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to reach and engage with a diverse audience of stakeholders and community groups through meetings, workshops, and open houses, as well as manage online engagement forums and focus groups.
You will also have the opportunity to showcase your visual communication talents by developing communication and marketing materials and other graphics for a diverse group of clients. You will work in a collaborative environment, including both municipal and transportation planners and engineers on a wide range of opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design applications.
Experience in AutoCAD software.
Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills, and effective verbal written communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Experience completing technical data research and analysis.
