complex client transactions to determine customer impact. Evaluate and
compile detailed information to ensure trust client\'s transactions are
properly completed. Identify, research, resolve problems, and take
necessary actions to balance differences within Trust Support Services
Systems and Accounts. Assist in the coordination of operational
procedures and processes between departments that affect the level of
customer service. Review and verify data input and output. Research
special items and complete special projects as needed. Ability to
retrieve and utilize information from trust systems and other data
sources Other duties as assigned What you bring: Bachelors degree or
equivalent combination of education and experience 2-3 years of
experience The ability to switch gears throughout the day to assist with
meeting critical cut-off times or high-volume processing spikes.
Quality, accuracy, and accountability are key attributes that will mark

role as both may change with little notice in response to business
demand. Experience using a dual monitor environment is preferred, and
