Job Description:
Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Security Systems Program Manager - to join our - team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
The Security Systems Program Manager This position will support PNHS Safety & Security Department security systems, software, equipment, and hardware as related to PNHS organization and it's owned and leased properties. Systems involved will include but are not limited to; CCTV, card access operations and programming, alarm and communication systems and related software, lock and hardware and 2-way radios. This position is responsible for assuring that physical security systems and hardware owned or leased by PNHS are maintained operational and fully functional.
This position works with Real Estate and Support Services efforts in design, redesign and build of new or leased properties by coordinating PNHS and vendor services to provide for the development of physical security systems for all PNHS property locations. This position works within sensitive deadlines in relation to maintaining the safety of staff, patients and visitors and the physical security of facilities.
This position coordinates project work with, and between, internal and external customers, working with PNHS Information Technology Department for IT collaboration, support, and response.
Work Schedule: FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, days, Monday - Friday.
Minimum Qualifications:
College education or equivalent experience
Training and experience in access control systems, video surveillance lock and keys systems, physical security system planning, designing and assessments.
Education and/or experience in security system use, design, and related components, to include but not limited to cameras, card readers, intercoms, duress alarms, door hardware equipment, recording equipment, intercoms, computers and monitors, radios.
Must have a valid driver's license and meet the insurability requirements relating to Park Nicollet's motor vehicle violation criteria
