Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Account Project Manager.
Your Responsibilities:

Handles own accounts, some which include Taylor Companies and External Wholesale Accounts.

Ability to coordinate and communicate multiple complex pieces of an account program to meet customer requirements and expectations.

Serve as a backup to your peers and their accounts

Ensure customer requests and expectations are met including answering questions on program plans, stock, orders, pricing and inquiries that are frequently completed through email communications.

Process customer POs and all tasks associated with PO's in a timely and accurate manner as well as track orders through departments and systems

Knows and explains product features/benefits

Provide continuous updates to procedures and guidelines in the area

Ability to anticipate and collect information on customer problems and needs in a timely manner, addresses concerns timely and be proactive in communicating any program requirements, production timelines, shipping, payment, and pricing requests

Handles service problems politely and efficiently.

Partnership with departments (including sales) to service customer needs and requests for example establishing critical dates, quote and production timelines, inventory levels, and shipping options etc.
Your Shift:

8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 2pm on Friday.
You Must Have:

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office Proficiency with emphasis on excel proficiency)

You Must Have:

High School graduate or GED

Previous Experience is beneficial in any of the following:

Customer Service Experience

Production/Manufacturing Experience

Project Management or Account Coordination Experience
We Would Also Prefer:
