Lancaster. HVAC Technician. Robert A. Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. FT. Benefits. Salary Range: $20-$35/hr. Robert A. Nowak Heating and Air Conditioning has been in business for over 40 years. We have a great customer base and we are looking to bring on new technicians to help us service these customers and bring in new ones. We are looking for experienced HVAC technicians. We want people that are good with hands/tools or have some previous construction experience. Trade school is a huge plus. We will provide training on all aspects of the HVAC industry. $20-$35 for experienced technicians that already have experience in the field.
