to our fast-growing team! HRIS Intern - Grafton, WI If you are driven to

you. Kapco Inc. is looking for an HRIS Intern on 1st shift at our
Grafton, WI location. Primary Responsibilities: Assist in the
administration of UKG Pro Learning Module, including user account
management, course catalog maintenance, and system configuration Support
the creation, upload, and organization of learning materials and
training resources within the UKG Pro Learning platform Provide
assistance to managers and employees regarding course enrollment,
navigation of the learning platform, and troubleshooting Maintain
comprehensive documentation related to the HRIS system, including user
guides, process manuals, and policies Collaborate with HR management on
special projects, such as data analysis, process improvements, or
research on emerging HRIS technologies Qualifications: Currently
pursuing a degree within the HR or Business Administration field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel
and Outlook required Experience with HRIS systems preferred About Kapco
