Presbyterian Homes & Services – Optage Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager looking to use their knowledge and skills in a leadership position as a Hospice Clinical Supervisor.
This position is ideal for those who feel called to hospice and wish to serve older adults within a caring Christian environment. This full time position operates Monday-Friday, daytime office hours, participates in supervisor on-call responsibilities with some flexibility to work remotely.

The Hospice Clinical Supervisor will serve as a leader providing supervision for a team of professional registered nurses. This position has responsibility as a member of the hospice management team to participate in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that ensure high quality client care while achieving short and long-term operational goals and objectives for the Hospice program.
